# Profile clicks not working/slow on the grid list?

The Twitter profile clicks and the follow/unfollow requests use the same browser capacity which allows 4 concurrent connections for modern-day browsers. That means, if there are items in the queue, the profile click request also gets in the line and waits for the queue to be processed.

It would be better to click Twitter profiles, listing them on the Grid when there are no items in the queue.

# What does the "no info" label on the Grid's Last Tweet column mean?

There are three main reasons for the "no info" label on Grid.‌

1. Protected accounts:  **Protected Tweets are not visible.** Only visible to your Twitter followers. We can't fetch the "Last Tweet" data of protected accounts.&#x20;
2. Some Twitter accounts have never tweeted yet. They don't have the last tweet date.
3. We occasionally clean our Tweets database to make room for new tweets by deleting old tweets more than 40 days old. Since the inactive threshold is 30 days, you can safely assume that the users are inactive if there is "no info" on their last Tweet date. (unless the account is a protected account as those accounts are not public)

# Can I switch my Twitter account with another one in a paid plan?

Unfortunately, you can't switch your paid account with another Twitter account. One Circleboom Twitter account can be linked only to one Twitter account. This way, Circleboom guarantees the safety of your Twitter authorization. 

So, if you need to manage another Twitter account, you need to create a new Circleboom Twitter subscription.

# Why some of the accounts listed as inactive had tweeted a few times?

We refresh our cached data every 15 days. That means the data you came upon Circleboom couldn't be older than 15 days. We try our best to display the most recent version of the data on the search results (grid); however, it may be as old as 15 days.

On the other hand, our "inactive accounts" algorithm creates great results with cached data of Twitter followers and gives accurate results. If you check these accounts,  you would see that most of those accounts are inactive, which means they aren't tweeting frequently even they have new tweets.

# How can I convert my Whitelist to a Twitter List

The Whitelist protects your friends from accidental unfollows during fast-clicks. By default, we exclude the whitelist results from the unfollow lists unless you say so.

### To convert your Whitelist to Twitter lists; 

1. Go to your `White List` page through the `Circle` menu
2. Select the accounts you want to add to a Twitter list
3. Click on the "Blue button" with the text `Add selected to Twitter List`.

# How to Add your Followers to Blacklist

The Blacklist protects you from visiting and seeing unwanted profiles accidentally. When you add accounts to your Circleboom blacklist,  we **exclude the blacklist results from the searches** unless you say so.

How can you proceed to do this through Circleboom Twitter? \
\
**Step 1**: Log in to your Circleboom Twitter account.

**Step 2**: Click the “Search” Menu, and choose the sub-menu you wish under the "Search menu, such as “Needs Attention ” or " All followers".

# Creating Twitter Lists

**Step 1:** Find your target profiles. You may want to start with a Smart Search to find your target accounts or any other filtered views provided. Let’s say you’re on `Menu > The Circle > Not Following Back`.

**Step 2:** Select the profiles one by one by clicking on the checkbox at the left side on each row, or select all by clicking the “select all” at the upper left side corner of the list.

**Step 3:** Click the `Add selected to Twitter List` button. This will open a modal dialog.

**Step 4:**  You can either add the selected profiles to your existing Twitter List or create a new Twitter List.

**Step 5:** If you want to use one of your existing lists, click on the second option, choose one of your lists, then click the green button below. All the profiles you selected will be added to your Twitter list immediately.

Even we do our best to reduce your tweet count down to "zero," in some cases, we can't do that due to some Twitter limitations, such as the following:

* You try to delete your Tweet, which is originally a retweet of some other account's, and the original tweet has been deleted by its owner.
* You try to delete a retweet that the original poster (the source) account suspended, deleted, deactivated, or became private.
* Your tweet is on a server whose data is not fully updated by Twitter.

If one of these cases is the issue, we try to delete your tweet; however, it might affect your Tweet count on Twitter due to their architecture.

# How Can I Use the Location Filter Efficiently?

Twitter Account Location based on the ‘home’ location provided by the user in their public profile. This is a free-form character field and may or may not contain metadata that can be geo-referenced.

For instance, Twitter users can write "USA", "US" or "The US" sometimes. In addition, users may also write city names without indicating countries in short or an extension way like "New York, NY", "NYC", "NY", "Trenton, NJ", "Paris", "London" etc. Even some typos are also possible like "Newyork" instead of "New York". The text you're writing on Circleboom Location Filter should match exactly with what users put their location info.

If you didn't get the result on Circleboom Smart Search, then you should change the text written on the location filter. We should think from the users' perspective since the location data on Twitter is not drop-down menu selection, and users can write whatever they want on their location info. Even some users write "my sweat home". We're also working to find more smart ways to list more accurate results on location search.

In the meantime, you can also use Grid Power Search for the location filter. Try to use the hashtag/keyword search, and after sorting accounts on Grid, try to [use Grid Power Search](/twitter/feature/using-the-grid).

“[The Grid](/twitter/feature/using-the-grid)” has its own ” Grid Power Search.” Please enter your search term into the “Grid Power Search" text box located upper right corner of the grid. We filter out the search results to find what you want. The search happens as you type. The grid search only filters out the items which are visible on the current page.

# What are the limitations of your app?

We offer a freemium plan with some limitations. Almost all of the features can be used with the freemium plan except Analytics, Whitelist  Blacklist and some other modules. The limits are for the lifetime in the trial period.&#x20;

If you have a Pro or Enterprise subscription, the following limits are mandatory and strictly set and forced by Twitter. We do not limit your accounts. Once your account's daily activity exceeds Twitter's daily threshold, Twitter blocks you from following anymore.

### **Twitter Follow Limits:**

Twitter Following Limit (daily): **Every Twitter account can follow up to 400 accounts per day. Verified Twitter accounts are able to follow up to 1,000 accounts per day.** Please note that this is a technical account limit only, and there are additional rules prohibiting aggressive following behavior. These limits include all actions from all devices, including web, mobile, API, etc. API requests from all third-party applications are tracked against the hourly API limit. People who use multiple third-party applications with their accounts may reach their API limit faster than a single-app user.

### **Twitter Unfollow Limits**&#x20;

Even though there are no known unfollow limitations made public by Twitter, to respect Twitter’s policies and to eliminate any usage of automation rule for unfollowing, we’re advising a 1,500 unfollow/day limit for unfollows.

Since Twitter monitors all accounts for aggressive or automated following and unfollowing churn and takes actions against both users and applications who try to abuse the system and usually bans or suspend them, **we're not offering any bulk follow/unfollow actions on Circleboom**.

Let’s start with the “not following back” module, which helps you to find who is not following you back!

1. “**Don’t show the profiles I’ve just visited within last X days**” filter.  When you start listing "Lost Focus" users, you can change our default of “7 days” if you want. The "Lost focus" menu gives you a list of accounts that are not following you. 
2. The verified accounts are mostly owned by celebrities, companies or renowned internet people. Don’t expect them to follow you back easily. Use the “**Don’t show Verified**” filter to hide them on your "Lost Focus" list. You may also add them to the Whitelist to protect accidentally unfollows if you don’t want to deal with the filter. The Whitelisted accounts don’t show up on the grid unless you wanted it.
3. “**Include Whitelisted**” filter helps you to list whitelisted accounts, as mentioned before. We prefer making some cleanup operations on whitelisted accounts every once in a while.
4. “**Show only Verified**” filter works like the “Include Whitelisted” filter and helps you to list verified accounts on your list. If you’re not happy with the Twitter feed of a celebrity, you always have your right to visit profiles and unfollow them.
5. Select some accounts and click the “**Add selected to Whitelist**” button to protect them.

7. Blacklist almost works as same as the Whitelist, which protects you from following unwanted profiles accidentally.

The Grid only displays the necessary info about the accounts you’re working on;

1. “**Name**” displays the profile name, the screen name (Twitter @ handle) and location info if it exists. You can order this column by clicking on it. It also opens a new tab of the Twitter profile of this user if you click on @ Twitter handle.
2. “**Tweets**” shows the Tweet count of the account. This number occasionally differs from the number shown on the Twitter profile page. Circleboom shows user public data from its caches, and this may result in some differences.
3. “**Joined**” shows you the account’s age and creation date on Twitter. Some Circleboom users mention that they’re using this to sort Twitter accounts by their account age and follow them accordingly.
4. “**Friends**” displays and sorts by friends count (How many users the account follows)
5. “**Followers**” displays and sorts by followers count (The account is followed by how many people)
6. Paging to help you browse the list. By default, the grid shows 100 items per page.
7. “The Grid”  has its own "**Grid Power Search.**" Just enter your search term into “Grid Power Search Textbox” located upper right corner of the grid. We filter out the search results to find what you want. The search happens as you type. 
8. The "**Last Tweet**" date displays the last-known tweet date of Twitter accounts.

## Easy Steps to Connect Your Twitter Accounts
Firstly, you need to create a Circleboom account. Visit the Circleboom [login page](https://twitter.circleboom.com) and click on the "Create an account" button. 

You will be prompted to enter your name, and email address, and choose a password for your new Circleboom account. Fill in the required fields and proceed to the next step.

Under normal circumstances, the "not following back" page shouldn't show the accounts you are currently following. This issue is related to Twitter Discrepancy and happens rarely. Most likely, the issue will disappear on your next log-in to Circleboom.

We are directly getting the data from the Twitter APIs and listing them as is. On the other hand, Twitter APIs might send wrong data rarely. That is a known issue for the accounts that make aggressive follow and unfollows on the Twitter ecosystem and called "Discrepancy." Twitter’s back-end systems run on a distributed cluster of decomposed services. There are often cases where data sets will need to resynchronize between instances and data centers. This means, all the user data moves between server farms all the time, and some data servers may update later than others.

**Step #4:** Browse through your followers and check the boxes next to the users you want to remove.

You can also select multiple users at once. Once you have selected the users, click on the Remove Followers button at the top.

Alternatively, you can remove individual followers by clicking the red remove icon next to their name on the right side of the list.

A confirmation message will appear asking if you are sure you want to remove the selected followers. Click ''Remove Followers''.

**Step #5**: Since the removal action is processed via the Circleboom Remove Twitter/X Followers extension, you need to install it to complete the process.

Click on Download the Extension and install it from the Chrome Web Store.

Once installed, you can easily remove followers.

⚠️ **Important Warning:** Once the removal process begins, do not close your Chrome browser or the Circleboom tab. The tool will automatically remove followers in the background, but if you close the tab or exit Chrome, the process will stop.

# How to switch between my Child/Master account

# Why some of Twitter accounts’ last tweet date column show “no info” in the grid listing?

The reasons listed below prevent Circleboom to show the last tweet date of Twitter accounts:

1. If Twitter accounts are protected then nobody can reach those accounts’ tweets. We label those accounts’ last tweet date as a “No info” on Grid.
2. Accounts have never tweeted or deleted all their tweets.
3. Circleboom bots regularly check all cached Twitter accounts in our servers and update the last tweets date regularly. Some of the accounts remain not updated, Most likely, these kinda accounts going to be updated soon. During this short time gap, we label those accounts as “no info” on Grid.

# My account is suspended, what should I do?

Are you doing everything just fine, as shown in the tutorial? Then check below:

You could upload your Twitter archive files as compressed zip files. We support Zip and Gzip formats. 

Use your favorite Zip program to compress the Tweet.js file and rename the zip file with one of these;

* tweet.js.zip,
* tweet.zip,
* tweet.gz,
* archive.zip,
* archive.gz

Assuming that you've already managed to download your Twitter archive, below is a step-by-step explanation of how to zip your archive file (The example includes the use of a Windows PC and WinRar.)

If you're unable to download your Twitter archive, please visit our related help page titled "[How to download my Twitter history archive](https://help.circleboom.com/twitter/faq/how-to-download-my-twitter-history-archive)". If you've already downloaded it, then proceed with the steps below.

1. Locate your downloaded Twitter archive. It is likely going to be in your downloads folder as a .zip file.

2. Extract all the files from the zipped folder. Then, you'll see several items, as in the following image. From there, you should open the folder named "data".

3. The folder should include a file named "tweet.js" in it. (In some cases, it may also be displayed as "tweets.js", "tweet", or "tweets".) Locate that file and check if it's larger than 100 MB.

4. If the tweets.js file is not larger than 100 MB, then there should be no problem uploading it directly to Circleboom Twitter for your tweet deletion requests. However, if the file is too large, you can simply compress it to reduce its file size.

Please note that we discard any files other than Tweet.js in the uploaded archive file.

Once you are done creating the zipped file, please upload it to Circleboom as usual and keep on with your tweet deletion process.

# Getting "Somehow your Twitter token is expired or invalidated..."  message

The token issue is a very rare issue which some of our users may occasionally experience. Actually, the issue is on the Twitter side.

If you get the below pop-up repeatedly while you are using Circleboom app, you can get rid of it by following these instructions.

> "Somehow your Twitter token is expired or invalidated this happens when you changed something on Twitter or You've been idle too long. Please log-in again to fix this"

### Step 1: Find Circleboom

Please go to your Twitter settings and click "Apps and sessions" under "Security and account settings". Once you get the app list, look for "Circleboom" in it.

If you couldn't see the Circleboom app on your Twitter Apps list,

1. Please log out from Circleboom and Twitter
2. Log in again to your Circleboom account
3. Check the app list until you see the Circleboom on your Twitter -> Settings -> Security and account settings -> Apps and sessions. Sometimes, Twitter might not show the apps on your list. Therefore, proceed with this step frequently until you see the Circleboom app in your Twitter Apps List. You will see the Circleboom app soon on your list.

### Step 2: Revoke the permission

After seeing Circleboom Apps on your Twitter App List, please revoke Circleboom's permissions and remove it from your Twitter account.

### Step 3: Rest 

Please give your Circleboom account a rest, at least a couple of hours after revoking Circleboom’s permissions to try again. Do not use your Circleboom account for a couple of hours. 

 By “Waiting a couple of hours", we mean around 12 hours at minimum, and this might be necessary to fix your problem. Most probably, the Twitter servers releasing your token within that period.

### Step 4: Try again

After waiting a couple of hours, log in to your Circleboom account to see if it is working. 

If the issue is still there, please repeat the steps again, and wait at least 24 hours on Step 3.

# Can I replace my child account?

Circleboom's policy does not allow the substitution of one Twitter account for another within an existing paid subscription. Each subscription is uniquely tied to a specific Twitter account, ensuring the security and integrity of your Twitter authorization. 

To manage a different Twitter account, a new Circleboom subscription must be established for that particular account. This approach is designed to uphold the security and management quality of Circleboom's services.

# I'm getting some error messages

Twitter sends a confirmation code or an error message to every action made through the Twitter API. [Circleboom](https://circleboom.com/twitter-management-tool) logs these messages, but they might not be shown to you during fast follow actions.​

## You are unable to follow more people at this time.

Twitter sends this error message along with [a URL to this Help Center article](https://support.twitter.com/articles/66885-i-can-t-follow-people-follow-limits) when;

1. Your account may be locked or limited.
2. You may have hit a follow limit.

These limits are clearly defined in their documentation as follows;

> 1. **Every account can follow 5,000 accounts total**. Once you’ve followed 5,000 accounts, there are limits to the number of additional accounts you can follow. This number is different for each account and is based on your ratio of followers to following; this ratio is not published. Follow limits cannot be lifted by Twitter and everyone is subject to limits, even high profile and API accounts.
> 2. **Every Twitter account is able to follow up to 400 accounts per day. Verified Twitter accounts are able to follow up to 1,000 accounts per day.**  in addition to the account-based limits above. Please note that this is just a technical limit to prevent egregious abuse from spam accounts.
> 3. **Accounts are also prohibited from aggressively following other accounts**.

The limits are defined by Twitter. If their AI decides you’re following/unfollowing aggressively, she may slow things down for an uncertain period of time. When this happens, Twitter API sends a “you’re not allowed to follow more” error even you’re not followed 400 for that day. If you wait a little bit, she opens the door again to see how you’ll behave.

## You have exceeded the Twitter error limit. Please wait a little bit more to try it again.

After getting a certain number of Twitter error messages, Circleboom prevents you from making more requests to prevent your account from getting locked or suspended. 

If you're getting this error, call it a day and give it a break. When you try after a while, you'll be able to do follow and unfollow requests through the Twitter API.

## To protect our users from spam and other malicious activity, this account is temporarily locked. 

Twitter locks or suspends users’ account time to time when they do an aggressive follow churn as mentioned on Circleboom and Twitter Rules [https://help.twitter.com/en/using-twitter/twitter-follow-limit](https://help.twitter.com/en/using-twitter/twitter-follow-limit)

That means, when a user follows too many users in a short time period or unfollows them faster than an average Twitter user, Twitter marks the user for a period to close-watch him/her for follows/unfollows across the Twitter ecosystem including all 3rd party apps like Circleboom,  Twitter mobile apps, and websites.

## You have been blocked from following this account at the request of the user.

When you try to follow a Twitter account that blocked you earlier, Twitter sends this error message to inform you. Circleboom logs these messages but they might not be shown to you during fast follow actions.

## Invalid or expired token.

This might happen when;

1. You try to follow/unfollow after getting "[you are unable to follow more people at this time](https://help.twitter.com/en/using-twitter/twitter-follow-limit)" error, Twitter may think that someone or some apps are using your Twitter account in a harmful way, and may invalidate your Twitter account's tokens (authentication info) to protect your account from being abused by 3rd party systems and expects you to re-login. 
2. Your browser has a "Do not track me" feature on it. 3. The App’s permissions revoked on Twitter. Please check [https://twitter.com/settings/applications](https://twitter.com/settings/applications) page if our app named "Circleboom” still got access. If it is revoked by mistake, it prevents Circleboom to fulfill your requests on behalf of you.
4. [Your account may be temporarily suspended](https://help.circleboom.com/twitter/faq/my-account-is-suspended-what-should-i-do) and/or blocked doing any follows/unfollows by Twitter due to aggressive usage.
5. Your computer's time is not synced properly. Please sync your time with the internet time.

## *How long is my Twitter account locked for?*

**Step 1:** Let’s say you’re on “Menu > Circle > Lost Focus.” **The green buttons on the right corner** are `add to whitelist` buttons and they work individually.

**Step 2:** If you want to add more than one Twitter account to your whitelist, you can **use the “big green button”** on the upper left side of the grid.

# "All your Friends" menu doesn't show everyone I follow

The "All the ones I follow" menu lists 10.000 of your followers based on the filters you use. If you do some unfollows, and visit back the same menu, we show 10.000 of your remaining friends (It might be less than 5.000 if the grid filters are in use).

We won't list all your followers at once to keep your focus on the task.

# Why can't I follow anymore?

When Twitter says, "You're not allowed to follow anymore," Twitter doesn’t like your aggressive follow/unfollow churn, or you've used all your daily follow limits within the Twitter universe. When a user follows too many users in a short period or unfollows them, Twitter marks the user for a period to close-watch them for follows/unfollows across the Twitter ecosystem, including all 3rd party apps, Twitter mobile apps, and websites.

Since every Twitter account has a unique ratio between friends and followers, **the ideal ratio may range from one account to another**. This assessment is made automatically by Twitter depending on your account's specific balance.

## Other possible causes of your issue and how to fix them

### Twitter List limits

Some limits on Twitter lists to be aware of are:

* 1000 lists permitted per account
* 5000 accounts permitted per list
* List names cannot exceed 25 characters
* List names cannot begin with a numerical character
* Twitter may limit adding more than 1000 accounts to a list per day.
* If you've already added 1000 accounts to your lists, you may need to wait a day or two before Twitter reinstates your limits.

Sometimes, even if you haven't reached these limits, Twitter may still restrict your ability to create or manage lists. This could happen if Twitter's algorithms detect unusual activity or potential misuse of the list feature. To avoid this:

* Ensure you're not adding a large number of accounts to a list in a short period.
* Avoid rapid and repetitive actions, which might be flagged as suspicious behavior by Twitter.

### Replies on lists

* Replies work the same way for lists as they do for accounts. For example, if @TwitterSupport and @twitter are on a list and mention each other, those replies will appear in the list. However, if only @TwitterSupport is on a list and @TwitterSupport replies to @twitter, the reply will not appear on the list.
* There is no feature that enables list owners to send a message to every account on a list.

### Accounts with protected Tweets on lists

* Accounts that have opted to protect their Tweets can be added to lists. However, you will only see an account’s protected Tweets if you have been approved to follow that account.
* Other people who view your list will likewise only see an account’s protected Tweets if they have been approved to follow that account.

# Exact Phrase Match in Smart Search Feature

### Keyword Search

### **1.** When 2 keywords are used, we search these keywords by adding "and" operator between them.

#### **Example:**&#x20;

**Search:** `California fire`\
**Becomes:** `California` **and** ``fire``

# Troubleshooting Account Connection Errors

There might be a couple of reasons why you cannot connect your Twitter account to your Circleboom account. Troubleshooting is usually straightforward, but it might need a human touch by our support team in some circumstances. 

#### Already connected to another Circleboom User

Each Twitter account can be connected to only a Circleboom user, and you will get the following error on your screen if your Twitter account is already associated with another Circleboom account:

> This Twitter account (@ScreenName) is already connected to another Circleboom User.

#### Connecting with Child Account

If you have had a paid subscription plan for multiple accounts (Multi or Enterprise) in the previous login system where you could log in with Twitter sign-on, you need to connect your master account with your Circleboom account first.

Whenever you try to connect your Child account to Circleboom account as the master account, you will receive the following error.

# Using "Hide who I visited within X day(s) on CircleBoom" Filter

There are several filters that you can use to filter out your grid results. One of the most used filters is hiding and showing the accounts you visited using Circleboom within an exact time span.

### Search Tool

When you start following users, it will take a few days for them to realize someone followed them. We’re applying **"Hide who I visited within X day(s) on Circleboom"** by default. You can change our default of “30 days” if you want, but our suggestion is to set it no less than seven days.



### Circle Tool

The same filter becomes **"Hide who I visited within X day(s) on Circleboom"** when you visit the **"Circle tool."** By using this filter, you can easily filter out the people you have already visited. So, you don't have to think about if you're trying to follow the same guys you followed and dropped before. We’re applying this filter by default. You can change our default of “10 days” if you want, but our suggestion is to set it no less than seven days.

### Why I can’t select less than 5 days on " 'Hide who I visited within X day(s) on CircleBoom' Filter”?

Due to Twitter’s strict policies about aggressive or spammy follow churns, we’re constantly tuning our algorithms to make sure that our users don’t get marked by Twitter for their behaviors and helping them don't get their accounts locked or suspended eventually.

Here is an official announcement about policy clarification which clearly says following and unfollowing immediately after 24h would be considered as aggressive following:

> **"Automated follow-back monitoring, and other forms of follower churning, are not permitted.** For example, following 100 users, waiting 24 hours, then unfollowing the users who haven’t followed you back would be considered aggressive following. Repeatedly following and unfollowing a user is a form of spammy behavior, and is never allowed. # What timezone is being used for Best Time to Tweet?

The time period indicated in the Analytics tool is based on your Twitter account timezone. 

For instance, if you set your Twitter time zone for EST, the time periods that you see on the Best Time to Tweet tool refer to EST as well. 

# Can I change my child accounts with a new one?

# Scheduling a Twitter Thread via Circleboom Publish

When 280 characters are not enough to express your thoughts on Twitter, you can prepare a Twitter thread, where you create individual tweets and bind them together. 

To schedule a Twitter thread, you can use Circleboom Publish's specialized publish tool for Twitter threads: **Create Twitter Specific Post or Thread**. 

#### Step 1:  Choose the post type you need 
  
Log in to your Circleboom Publish account, and on the Dashboard, you will be offered two ways to schedule your Twitter posts. You can either create an individual Twitter post or "Create Twitter Specific Post or Thread." If you need more than a tweet to express yourself, you will use the latter.

#### Step 2: Choose your Twitter account

On the next page, you need to choose a Twitter account among your connected accounts.

#### Step 3: Input your content and create your Twitter Thread 

You can start writing your thread from the first tweet, and once you are ready to move to the next tweet of the thread, you can add more tweets and make your Twitter thread by clicking on the 'Plus' (+) sign at the bottom right of the text board.

If you are not happy with the content you created, you can delete all tweets in the thread through the 
*Delete this post* button. You can also save it as a draft and keep working on it later.

#### Step 4: Schedule your Thread once you are ready

When you finish making and designing your Twitter thread, you share it immediately with your Twitter circle.

Also, you can schedule it for a future time. On Circleboom, you can also automate your Twitter posts. The queue scheduling feature allows you to establish time intervals and continuously send your threads and regular posts.

# Why does my GMB account get disconnected?

Google My Business accounts may be occasionally disconnected from your Circleboom Publish account, and you will need to reconnect your account in these instances. As put on Google's [developer page](https://developers.google.com/identity/protocols/oauth2#expiration), it can occur due to several reasons:&#x20;

* You may have revoked your app's access.
* The refresh token has not been used for six months.
* You changed passwords and the refresh token contains Gmail scopes.
* Your account has exceeded a maximum number of granted (live) refresh tokens.
* You belong to a Google Cloud Platform organization that has session control policies in effect.

# Discover Articles

Discover Articles feature of Circleboom Publish is curated from thousands of sources. This feature can help you to find relevant articles in your interest areas and create engaging content.&#x20;

If you want to be kept updated on different topics, all you need to do is defining your interest areas from over 300 interest categories Circleboom has created for you.

Once you select your interest topics, Circleboom will curate a list of articles related to your interests. You can easily add your favorite articles to your Twitter queue.

### How to use the Discover Articles feature

**Step 1:** Find “Discover Articles” on the left-hand menu and click it to open the Circleboom Article Curator.

**Step 2:** Select the “Manage Your Interests” option to set your interest topics. There is no limit in defining your interests in Circleboom Publish, but adding a couple of interest areas would lead to more results in Discover Articles.

**Step 3**: First of all, select your desired language for the curation of articles.&#x20;

Please make sure that you add keywords written in your chosen language. To select your interest areas, you can either use the interest template on the right-hand side or type your topics on the search bar.

When you are done, click on **Save your interests** and you will be directed to Discover Articles for search results.

### Publish articles in a few seconds

For those who want to create more engagement by publishing on your interest areas regularly, the Discover Articles feature is the right address for you.

Once you set your interests, you can browse through the trending articles in your interest areas and choose your favorites to post on your Twitter account.

**Step 4**: To select an article, click the small box on the right corner of the articles. As you complete your selection, click “Add selected articles to queue” on the blue pop-up.

**Step 5:** Select the social media accounts you want to post the articles. You can add them to your queue, schedule them for a specific time, or publish them immediately.

### Avoid certain keywords&#x20;

Your selected interest areas represent the sum of keywords that are related to that topic. Yet, we are aware of the fact that there could be some sub-components of your interest area that is not relevant for you. In these cases, you can simply disregard search results with one click.

Let's assume that you want to discover articles on energy, but you are not interested in receiving updates on the oil. To exclude results associated with oil, you can move your cursor over it, and click on **Avoid this topic**.&#x20;

# How to add mentions in your posts

You can tag/mention Facebook pages, Twitter and Instagram profiles while posting through Circleboom Publish.

Due to platforms' technical limitations, you cannot mention Facebook profiles and groups, Linkedin profiles when you schedule your posts via Circleboom Publish.

### **Tagging Facebook Pages**

To mention Facebook pages on your scheduled posts, you can start typing with **@** symbol and then the name of the Facebook page that you want to tag. After typing the first characters, we will also show you some matching results, and there you can select the page to be mentioned.

For better matching results, we advise you to search with the username of Facebook pages, as there might be multiple pages with the same name. You can find the usernames of Facebook pages when you look at their URL, like facebook.com/**circleboomcom**

You cannot mention pages from other platforms and Facebook pages simultaneously when you are scheduling your Facebook posts.&#x20;

### Mentioning on Twitter

To tag some accounts on Twitter, you can type **@** symbol and Twitter handle of the account that you would like to mention. In the post preview appearing on the right side, you will notice that a hyperlinked text will appear and you can visit that account by clicking on it.

### &#x20;Instagram mentions

You can mention Instagram profiles on your IG posts by typing @ symbol and their username, in a similar manner with Twitter and Facebook.&#x20;

Due to API limitations on Instagram, we cannot suggest you the list of accounts matching with your search; however, it will be enough to type full name starting with @ to hyperlink that account.

### LinkedIn Company Page Mentions

You can mention LinkedIn company mentions on your LinkedIn posts by typing @symbol and the company name.


# How to Convert Instagram Professional Creator Account to Professional Business Account

Since Instagram API allows scheduling services only for Professional Business accounts, you are kindly asked to convert to your Instagram account. This can be easily done with a few clicks on Instagram and you can always go back to a personal or creator account later.

Professional Creator accounts cannot be connected to Circleboom Publish due to Instagram´s own technical limitations. Therefore, please make sure that you select the **Professional Business** category.

If the Creator option is selected, you can't schedule your posts via Circleboom or any other third-party app.

If you still prefer to define yourself as a creator on Instagram rather than a business, don´t worry! When you switch from Professional Creator to the Professional Business account type on Instagram, you can still choose the "creator" subcategory under the Professional Business account.

# Check Your Scheduled and Sent Items on Outbox

On **Outbox,** you can find, delete and edit all the items you've sent through our Schedule and Articles modules. You can also:

* filter posts by date or week of the current month
* filter your posts according to the social media platform you post on.
* filter your posts according to the social media accounts you post.

During the deletion process, if you have filtered by social media account, only posts belonging to the filtered accounts will be deleted.

The Outbox menu should look like below, and all sent items will be moved to `Sent Items` (second tab of the page).

# Posting Limits at a Glance

To prevent spammy posting behavior, each social network establishes its own guidelines regarding the amount of content you can post. For example, Facebook recommends posting up to five times a day, but the upper limit is 25 posts per day to avoid negatively impacting the reach of your content. 

We have implemented posting limits that adhere to these network-specific guidelines, as shown in the table below. These limits do not affect the number of posts you can store in your queue at any one time.

In addition to the below-listed limits, some platforms may enforce user-based limits. All these limits we posted below are generic limits announced by platforms, and they don't show any user-specific limits they might (not) enforce.

# Adding a LinkedIn Account to Circleboom Publish

You can schedule your posts both for your personal LinkedIn account and Linkedin page via [Circleboom Publish](https://circleboom.com/social-media-scheduler). ## How to Connect Your Personal LinkedIn Profile&#x20;

**Step 1**: Log in to Circleboom Publish and click on **`Linkedin Profile`** to add your account.

**Step 2:** A pop-up will appear to direct you to LinkedIn in order to give permission to Circleboom and connect your account. There you need to click on "Sign in with LinkedIn", which will direct you to LinkedIn's authorization page.

**Step 3:** On the LinkedIn page directed from Circleboom Publish, log in to LinkedIn and click on **Allow** option shown below. This will grant us the necessary permissions to publish on your account.

Once we are authorized, you will be directed to Circleboom Publish and you will be ready to post on LinkedIn via Circleboom Publish.

## How to Connect a LinkedIn Page&#x20;

Adding a LinkedIn page to Circleboom is pretty similar to connecting a personal account, except for the fourth step where you chose your Linkedin page.&#x20;

On the landing page of Circleboom, you should start by clicking on `Linkedin` and follow the same steps described above. After granting us authorization, you will be asked to choose the LinkedIn Page that you want to connect to Circleboom.

Please click on the box next to your LinkedIn Page, and finalize your selection by pressing on **Add to Circleboom**.

# Design Your Images on Circleboom Design Tool

**Step 1**:  Visit `Create New Posts`dashboard on Circleboom Publish and choose the social accounts that you are planning to send your post. Then, click on `Design on Canva` to access the built-in Canva app.&#x20;

Each social platform has its own recommended image size, and you will be asked to choose a Canva Design Type for the best quality.

**Step 2:** You will be directed to the login page of Canva. If you already have an account there, you can simply log in, or you can create an account within seconds.&#x20;

##  I can't see all my Facebook and Instagram pages; what should I do?

If you’re unable to view all your Facebook pages, groups or Instagram business accounts, you can grant permission for them in your Facebook settings under Business Integration.

- In the next step, you will be able to specify the actions and permissions that Circleboom can perform on the accounts you have selected.
