# How can I revoke Circleboom's access to my social account?

You can revoke Circleboom's access to your social accounts anytime using the settings pages of social platforms.

### Twitter Accounts

#### Step 1: Find Circleboom App on your Twitter Account Page

Please go to your Twitter settings and click `"Apps and devices"`. Once you get the app list, look for `"Circleboom"` there.

If you couldn't see the Circleboom app on your Twitter Apps list,

1. Please log out from Circleboom and Twitter
2. Log in again to your Circleboom account
3. Check the app list until you see the Circleboom on your `Twitter>Settings>Apps` List. Sometimes, Twitter might not show the apps on your list. Therefore, proceed with this step frequently until you see the Circleboom app in your Twitter Apps List. You will see the Circleboom app soon on your list.

#### Step 2: Revoke the permission

Once you see Circleboom App on your Twitter App List, click the "Revoke Access" button to revoke Circleboom's permissions and remove it from your Twitter account.

### Facebook Pages

**Step 1**: Visit the settings page of your Facebook account, which has administrative roles on your Facebook Page and you used to connect it to Circleboom Publish.

**Step 2:** Click on Business Integrations on the left-hand side of the page, and on the new page, check the mark next to Circleboom. Then, you can remove the app permission for Circleboom.

**Step 1:** Find the settings of your Facebook group and click on ✎ next to Apps.

# Delete Data Instruction

Here, you will find out how to delete all your information related to your Circleboom account under the laws of GDPR and CCPA. 

What you need to do is to visit your [Account page](https://account.circleboom.com/), cancel your active subscriptions, if you have any, and click on ```Delete your account``` button on the left menu.

## Deleting Your Circleboom Account via Circleboom IOS App

To delete your Circleboom Data using your Circleboom IOS App, please log in to your account and follow the steps below.

**Step 1**: Once you click on your profile picture on the upper-hand side, a new menu will appear on your screen, and there, you need to press Account Settings.

**Step 2**: If you have a paid subscription plan on Circleboom, you will be asked to cancel it before deleting your data. 

Under "Delete this account" section, we detail how you can start your account deletion process. When you are sure that you want to delete your Circleboom account, you can click on the red button shown in this section and your delete process will begin.

# Why was my credit card declined?

We know it is not a good feeling that being declined by the payment systems. Even though it is an awkward thing that you never want to experience, it may happen anyway regardless of your credit score etc. 

Per [Stripe's FAQ](https://support.massagebook.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004752426-Why-Was-My-Client-s-Credit-Card-Declined-through-Stripe-);

> Unfortunately, most declines are categorized as “generic,” so it’s not always possible to know exactly why a payment was declined.
>
> If all of the card information seems correct, it is best to have your Client contact their card issuer and ask for more information. For privacy and security, card issuers can only discuss the specifics of a declined payment with their cardholders, not the merchant. 

Your payment might have been rejected for one of the reasons below. As Stripe's FAQ mentions, the best way to understand the reason is to call your bank. Here are the few things you may check before calling the bank:

1. Some debit cards require a PIN to be entered. If your card is one of them,  you need to use another card to complete the purchase.
2. Some cards have restrictions on cross-border usage. This could cause a problem if the card was issued in a state or country other than the USA. 
3. The card number, CVC number, or Expiration date are incorrect.
4. The ZIP/Postal code is incorrect. This information used to prevent fraudulent payments. 
5. The card has expired.
6. The payment amount exceeds the amount that is allowed. (The card's limit)

Circleboom's Servers uses [Cloudflare](https://www.cloudflare.com), an immensely popular internet security services provider, to protect its visitors, users, and subscribers. All pages are SSL protect by Cloudflare.

Circleboom uses industry lead payment operator [Stripe](https://stripe.com) as its payment processor. Stripe is one of the top credit card processors in the World. Once you create a new user and log in with it, we’ll get you to your Twitter account’s dashboard as it before. The change of login system is also announced on our login page, as can be seen below.

## Twitter Policies

**We don't offer any bulk update modules or abusing bots.** Due to Twitter’s regulations, bulk-unfollow and bulk-follows are prohibited in all Twitter ecosystems. When you open your “unfollowers” list, you need to click each “unfollow” button individually.&#x20;

Some applications may provide such a feature, but please note that Twitter monitors all accounts for aggressive following and follow churn and takes actions against the users and the applications who try to abuse the system (usually bans them). # Can I get a full refund for my subscription?

Your account cancellation should go through your [account page](https://account.circleboom.com/).  First, you need to click on  **Cross (X)** button next to your subscription.

An information box will be prompted when you try to cancel your subscription, and you need to confirm that you read our ToS and you want to cancel your subscription.

As stated under *Payment Terms, Trials and Renewal* in our [Terms of Service](https://circleboom.com/terms-of-service), **all subscriptions are non-refundable and valid for the subscription period they are purchased for**.

# Reactivate Subscription

You can reactivate your subscription any time until your billing term ends by using your account page. All you need to do is to click on `reactivate` button on the [account page](https://account.circleboom.com) and approve the action.

Once the billing term ends, your account downgrades to the freemium plan, and you can upgrade it by starting a new subscription via the account page.

### Reactivating Subscription

**Step 1:** Click on `Re-activate Subscription`button on the opening page.

Once the subscription is reactivated, the payment system will continue to bill you as usual for each billing term. 

# How can I change my Circleboom profile image?

You can update your account image using our account tool, which can be directly accessed via [account.circleboom.com](https://account.circleboom.com). Alternatively, you can access it through Circleboom Twitter and Publish tools.

Then, you can decide whether you want to upload an image or use your camera.

Once you choose the image that you want to upload, you also can crop the image if you need, and upload the image.

# Where to Find Your Invoices

Like any other subscription-related issues, you can access your invoices through the account page, which can be directly accessed through [https://account.circleboom.com/](https://account.circleboom.com).

# How can I change my Circleboom profile image?

# How to Cancel Your Subscription

All subscription-related issues can be managed through the [account page](https://account.circleboom.com). There you can cancel or reactivate your subscription at any time.

### Canceling Subscription

All you need to do is to click on the`cancel subscription` button on the account page and approve the action. Your subscription will be scheduled to cancel on.

When you cancel the Service before the end of your current month/annual billing term, you may continue to use the Service until the end of your current paid month/annual cycle, and you will not be charged again.

All subscriptions are non-refundable and valid for the subscription period they are purchased for.
If you also have subscriptions for both Circleboom Twitter and Circleboom Publish, you should cancel them separately, as they are different products.

**Step 1:** Click on **Cancel Subscription** displayed with a `X` button, next to your active subscription.

**Step 2:** Read "[rules & the terms of service](https://circleboom.com/terms-of-service)", set the checkbox checked and click on `Cancel Subscription` button

When you cancel your subscription before the end of your current paid-up month/year, you may continue to use the Service until the end of your current paid subscription cycle (billing term), and you will not be charged again.
