Delete Data Instruction
Here, you will find out how to delete all your information related to your Circleboom account under the laws of GDPR and CCPA.
What you need to do is to visit your Account page, cancel your active subscriptions, if you have any, and click on Delete your account button on the left menu.

To visit your account page, you need to click on ≡ button on the bottom right corner, and then the "Switch to Subscription" button, shown below.

Deleting Your Circleboom Account and Data
Step 1: If you are paid subscriber, you need to downgrade your subscription to free plan. If you are a free subscriber; you can skip this step.
Step 2: On the account page, click on Delete your account button located in the left menu.
Deleting Your Circleboom Account via Circleboom IOS App
To delete your Circleboom Data using your Circleboom IOS App, please log in to your account and follow the steps below.
Step 1: Once you click on your profile picture on the upper-hand side, a new menu will appear on your screen, and there, you need to press Account Settings.
Step 2: If you have a paid subscription plan on Circleboom, you will be asked to cancel it before deleting your data.
Under "Delete this account" section, we detail how you can start your account deletion process. When you are sure that you want to delete your Circleboom account, you can click on the red button shown in this section and your delete process will begin.

Below you can find information relating to your right to the erasure of personal data that we store about you (“right to be forgotten”) and how we handle your delete request to Circleboom. By “Circleboom”, “we”, “us” or “our”, it is meant Circleboom LLC.
Personal data found in our databases
We will erase all personal data that we have about you in our systems, except for data that we need to continue to process **(**see further below). The actual erasure of data from our systems will be completed within 30 days after your request. Meanwhile, we have blocked all use of your personal data for direct marketing purposes.
Examples of purposes where personal data will not be erased
Usually, the reason for not erasing data is that the data is used for purposes where this right is not applicable. Some examples such purpose is if the data is used (i) as part of fulfilling an agreement with you, (ii) to administer your use of our service, (iii) to fulfill legal obligations, or (iv) to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
