Can I track both followers and following of the same account?
Yes. Create two separate tracking rules for the account: one for Followers and one for Following.
Step #1: Open Monitoring > Track Someone's X Account's Following and Followers and create a tracking rule for the account with the Followers option.
Step #2: Click Monitor & Track Another X Account and create a second rule for the same account with the Following option.
Each rule has its own email preference and frequency (Daily or Weekly), and both appear in your tracking table.
