How do I refresh a competitor report or see past reports?

Open Monitoring > X Competitor Analysis & Benchmark Report and scroll to Your saved analysis. Each report card shows the accounts in the report, the run date and status badges such as SCHEDULED and UP TO DATE.

On each card, you can:

• View report: open the latest report for that set of accounts.
• Get a new report with the latest X data: pull fresh data for the same accounts.
• End Scheduling: stop the monthly reports, if the set is on a monthly schedule.
• Past Analyses (N): see the earlier dated reports for the same set.

Use the Search on handles box to find a report by account name.

Does a new report replace the old one?

No. When you click Get a new report with the latest X data, Circleboom creates a new dated report for the same accounts. Your earlier report is not overwritten and stays under Past Analyses.

Why did the numbers change between two reports?

Each report is a snapshot of its run date and uses each account's most recent tweets. A changed number can come from new tweets, older tweets leaving the sample or new interactions on tweets that were already in the report. Check the run dates when you compare two reports.
